Scott Claxton

Scott Claxton
Scott Claxton serves Esys Automation as Vice President of the Production Systems division. He is responsible for the design and manufacturing activities for turnkey automated solutions. Scott is a founding member of the Esys Automation team with over 18 years of experience and has been a key contributor to developing the Esys operational philosophies and culture. When away from the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years and their three daughters. He is also an avid reader, enjoys playing beer league hockey and likes to fish. Chris Marcus

Chris Marcus
Chris Marcus serves as the CEO of Esys Automation and focuses his efforts on "what's next" for Esys. With a 20+ year background in paint and assembly automation, he has helped lead Esys to be twice recognized by Inc. 500 magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Kevin Gaines

Kevin Gaines
Kevin Gaines serves Esys Automation as Vice President of the Body Assembly division. He utilizes his 25+ years of experience in final assembly plants in order to oversee this group. This division was started by Kevin in July of 2000, shortly after the founding of Esys. Away from the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and beer league hockey. Dave Valentine

Dave Valentine
Dave Valentine serves as the President of Esys Automation. Dave leads Esys with a diverse expertise in manufacturing automation and 20+ years in the industry. As a Clemson graduate, Dave also utilizes his engineering background to shape the technical direction of Esys solutions. Dave Beattie

Dave Beattie
Dave Beattie serves Esys as an Account Manager for the Paint and Dispense Division. In his 20+ years’ experience, Dave has spent a majority of it executing large automation projects and working hand in hand with customers. Bryan Blunk

Bryan Blunk
Bryan Blunk is the Group Manager of the Body Assembly Division at Esys Automation. He brings 20+ years of experience in designing, installing and programming various controls systems ranging from Energy Management Systems, HVAC and Powerhouse Equipment as well as Body Assembly Manufacturing Systems. He has extensive experience in Underbody, Framing, Bodysides and Closure Body Shop Processes and has implemented numerous systems utilizing the latest DeviceNet, EtherNet IP and Safety PLC Architectures. Currently, Bryan is responsible for co-managing, along with Mark McGinnis, a very talented group of approximately 50 engineers in all of our Body Shop endeavors. Link to LinkedIn >>

Dave Boerma
Dave Boerma acts as the Account Manager of the General Assembly Division. With over 25 years of manufacturing experience, Dave excels at helping customers develop cost effective solutions that provide performance based results. Dave believes that helping customers define the key performance metrics up front is critical to obtaining the best solution possible. Craig Brooks serves Esys as an Account Manager for the Paint and Dispense Division. Craig has over 25 years of experience in the automotive field, primarily focusing on paint and sealing applications. Mark Compton

Mark Compton
Mark Compton acts as the Director of Assembly Division. Mark leads a talented group of individuals responsible for winning a 2012 Automotive News PACE award. Over the past 20 years, Mark has become an industry expert in PLC based Controls applications and automated systems for assembly processes. Mark is a BSME from LTU (Lawrence Technical University). Mark Heringshausen

Mark Heringshausen
Mark Heringshausen is the Director of the AMS Division at Esys Automation and is responsible for the release and development of PerfectPart. PerfectPart offers a narrow slice of manufacturing execution (MES) capabilities that satisfy the highest value production processes in the assembly operations sector. Focusing on a narrow, high-value functional footprint reduces complexity and improves user-intuitiveness. Mark brings to Esys over 25 years of experience in managing people and projects. Ed Loder

Ed Loder
Ed Loder is the Plant Manager at Esys Automation. Having a background in Journeyman Electrician, Ed has spent the last 15 years managing the construction and integration of automated machinery in the Automotive Industry. When away from Esys, I enjoy cooking, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Mark McGinnis

Mark McGinnis
Mark McGinnis is the Group Manager of the Body Assembly Division. Mark has 20+ years of experience in Controls Automation. He possesses a strong knowledge of various controls designs and architectures and knows what it takes to get a quality job done on-time. Safety and customer satisfaction have always been his main goal. He strives to develop efficient, valued engineering, and a lasting customer relationship. Randy Parzych

Randy Parzych
Randy Parzych is the Director of the Paint and Dispense division. He leads a diverse team of individuals that designs, builds, and installs turnkey robotic systems. Randy has over 25 years of experience in robotic automation systems and has a passion for developing new and innovative products to meet the ever changing needs of customers. He has extensive experience leading projects and teams in the automotive paint and sealer industry from design concept through implementation on the plant floor.
