Esys has provided Underbody Sealer systems to multiple manufacturing facilities across North America. The Underbody Sealer process involves the utilization of our dual servo dispenser and the multi-function applicator gun. The process includes our standard lifting mechanism to raise the vehicle in the air for robotic processing. The automation system applies beads of sealer onto the underbody of the vehicle and, upon completion, is scanned and inspected for 100% compliance of processing requirements.
