AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – May 22, 2018 — Esys Automation is pleased to announce the deployment of our new Service and Spare Parts Group.
This new group will be the centralized support group for all Esys automation divisions. Our Customers should see an immediate benefit from our dedicated spare parts management team.
Ryan Lute, previously a project manager, has been promoted to lead this group. Ryan, is a 10 year veteran of the United States submarine force who transitioned to the civilian world as a programmer and service technician for high speed coil winding and assembly systems. From there he moved on to service and programming of industrial robots. Then finally joining Esys in 2013 as a senior project engineer, programming, training, and servicing automated equipment. His diverse background will be a benefit to our customers.

Along with over-the-phone and on-site support, Esys future plans include utilizing augmented reality tools to enable more thorough remote support.
